01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the 77up platform at 77up.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 77up at any given time. Registration Requirements

Account Security

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 77up and may be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77up and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77up platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service feature.
• Technical malfunctions, server failures, Internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 77up's reasonable control.
• Any third-party conduct, content, products, or services accessed through or in connection with the 77up platform.

In all cases, 77up's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your 77up account at the time the claim arises.

77up does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. 77up will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
